Option to not have to add an end date to a reoccuring court.

Add an option to continue a reoccurring court without an end date. It just stays until it is manually ended. Some events we would like to just run until we go in and say other wise. It would be easier than having to keep up with what end date was selected and then redoing the reservation again or going in to add more time to it.
