Attendance -> Check-in Report

This report allows for a number of search parameters.  Please add “Date of Birth” and “Check-in Date” (Separate from “Check-in Date/Time).  Every month I file reports for Silver Sneakers, etc and I have to manually create these two fields for the reports - thanks!
