Include subtotal/tax info on Membership Dues Email

It would be helpful if Memberships that included Tax included that info in the Membership Dues email. Members are asking their membership isn't $99 when it's $99+tax. We've advertised that as such but CourtReserve isn't making that clear when billing occurs.
