Customize cancellation policy on program/events

Currently warning message pop-ups can be customized when a player attempts to cancel after a cancellation deadline has passed for court reservations. This is not possible when players attempt to cancel a program/event; rather, they receive an automated pop-up warning. We'd like to be able to customize this message as well.
