Get Rid of "You can only be an admin at one facility"

I don't imagine that this was as much of a problem in tennis, but with pickleball facilities much closer together and with much more overlap, we're constantly running into issues where other facilities haven't removed people as admins when they leave, so we can't add them until they contact the old facility (which may be seasonal, may be non-responsive, or may not even exist anymore).

Our business should not be slowed down by the administrative inadequacy of other facilities, so we would love to see this featured removed.
