Clarify reservation cancellation on nonpayment
We require payment for reservations at the time of booking, and it’s mostly working very well for us. We have had a number of auto-cancellations due to non-payment, which has confused our members. I have two suggestions: 1) The red notice is excellent but would even better if more explicit: “Pay within 15 minutes or the reservation will be automatically canceled”, and 2) if auto-cancelled, send a notice to the player saying why.

yes please, this seems like a must... I had a member show up for a reservation that was no longer and he didn't even know it had been cancelled
I think it currently works this way? it just goes to the reservation owner tho
We've had complaints from people whose reservations were canceled without notice, so I'm not sure it is working currently. Can you run a test and confirm that the reservation owner is notified?
And then, please send an email to all on the reservation, just like a normal reminder except even more critical since it's been canceled.
Tested and confirmed. All sorts of warnings that payment is due. Including a non-payment cancellation email 15 minutes later.
