Disable inactive members from seeing member list

In CourtReserve, if a member is inactive (has a blank in the membership field, they can access the particular CourtReserve club page and see a list of active members.  Moreover, they get the default "Book a Court" option.  If possible, there should be a flag in the set up to disable visibility to the member list for inactive members and to the default Book a Court Option.  Thank yoy
