Add an explicit prompt for the waiver signature

One of our members couldn't figure out how to sign the waiver on his phone, because the signing screen just presented a blank area with no text on what to do. I think a little prompt in that box would help, like "sign here with finger or mouse".

There is now a "Please sign below" prompt that appears on the desktop, but that has not been enough to resolve member confusion. Also, that prompt does not appear on the iPhone - see screenshot. I still believe the original suggestion would be better.
