Non-member Membership - Fees
We require an additional $10 for non members whenever they use our facility. The guest (non member) fee is fixed but the court fee is hourly. Other than adding the additional $10 manually to non member court costs every time they reserve a court, there is not an automatic way to do this. It would be nice if in the membership court cost we could create the hourly court rate and have an additional fixed rate for specific membership types.

Is there a workaround for this? Seems like a software shortcoming/bug to not be able to charge a flat guest/non-member fee in addition to the hourly court fee.
This would be really helpful for our facility as well. We have a one-time initiation fee for when non-members register for events that is separate from the event cost. For example, we offer a fall session of weekly junior tennis clinics, for which we have a member rate, and a non-member rate. When a non-member registers for the session, they are charged the cost of the session, and then a separate one-time initiation fee. It would be so helpful if there was a way to have that initiation fee get charged automatically, so I didn't have to go in and do it manually. It doesn't work to work the fee into the session costs, because if we have to prorate it, we automatically lose part of that initiation fee.
