Family Membership - remove selection of name upon registration - slows down registration during peak programming months (winter indoors)

Our programming is high demand and fills within seconds. The act of selecting their own name from the family account to register puts players at a disadvantage compared to single adult members and slows down their ability to register causing them to end up on the waitlist. Please develop a setting that if they would like to select someone other than themselves they can click a button but otherwise default to registering themselves to avoid this slow down.
