Payroll with Payment Total Integration based on Lessons/Clinics/Stringing during Specific Time Period

I'd like to have some sort of payroll capabilities that total how much a pro is owed based on what was scheduled during the specified time period. Court Reserve already has all of the information  of how many lessons the pro teaches, why can we not have an option to add pay rate for each pro just like we do lesson rates for each pro.
