Account Credit Refunds

Some members want their account credit refunded. We have been zeroing out the account credit with a Misc. Fee and sending a check. However, since it's a Misc. Fee, it shows up as revenue. It would be nice to have a button or something where we can zero out credit with a refund destination as cash or check.
