Quick-add a member to one or more member groups,

It would be very useful to quickly add a member to one or more member groups, from the member list, program registration list. etc.

Similarly, it would be helpful to have an "Add to Member Group"  or "Create Member Group" at the top of reports, so that we could filter out a specific subset based on Event Registrant Detail, and them at the top where the options are to Export to Excel, Export as PDF, or Email.... add a button to "Add to Member Group"  or "Create Member Group" from that subset list.
