Set Rosters without Automatic Charges

There should be a way for the system to hold 'rosters' for classes, but only charge them when they are marked 'present'. I'm aware that we can currently add people to rosters, however if they are not taken out of the class upon a no-show, it still shows they owe the class fee.

In our old system, Club Automation, it allowed a roster to be 'semi-permanently' added to a class, however ONLY when a player was marked 'present' were they charged. There was not a charge shown if a player did not check in. This was extremely beneficial for large classes and would be a positive enhancement to Court Reserve's offerings.
