Addin alerts to profile
Being able to see an alert for notes or any specifics on a clients profile. Something up near where the credit card icon is.

I have customers registering for events/camps but may have not paid for a previous session or there may be an issue with the account in general and we need to speak to them. Right now, when my staff goes to check them in for the event/camp... they don't know to follow up on a past due balance or problem with the account. MindBody has a good solution for this - maybe it is something that can be considered in this software.
