Add Self Rating to Registrants Tab

It would be very helpful to be able to see the player self ratings while in the registrants tab for open play, as it would make court adjustments much easier. As of right now, if a player wants to be moved from their original court before open play, I have to go back into excel in order to find a good match for switching players and then I have to cross reference with those who are already checked in. Thanks!
