Age determination for junior membership registration

Can we add a feature on Court Reserve where we can round off the date of birth or set the date to determine the age at a certain time, especially for junior members to offer variable membership fees according to age as well as to segment them for junior camps or events according to age. Right now the system only recognizes date of birth entered. So whether a child is for instance, 11yrs 4mths or 11yrs 11mths, they would both be treated as the same age, though the later is 12yrs for all practical purposes.
