Rescheduling and Event

When you have to reschedule an event there are two ways to do it but both ways only allow one option for changing the time or the date but not both.  

Option 1. Go into events List and click the rescheudle button on a specific event date. But you can only change dates, not the time. 

Option 2. Go into the calendar of events and click on the specific event. You can only change the time but not the date.  

Can you make it to where you can do option 2, which is much easier access to be able and change the date and time if needed? 

or Make option 1 where you can change the date and time also.
