In settings/Costs/Custom Court Costs, cannot add and copy if one already exists

If you do not have any custom court costs for a membership, then the little window of add/copy/paste? is there, but if the membership type has at least 1 custom court costs, that little window is gone, therefore you cannot copy and paste new ones
