Stringing Reports - To track staff payroll and understand trends in strings used

The report only show the total number which is not good for operation. With the opinion to select stringing details will be great benefit!

• Stringing Report – Current report only shows the number of racquets. We need a detailed breakdown including:
  • Stringer name
  • Date/time racquet sent for stringing
  • Date/time stringing completed
  • Any rush fee applied (and amount)

Impact:
Better visibility into stringing details will help admin track performance, turnaround time, and fees accurately.

It would also help to see what types of labor are applied. We pay stringers different rates for stringing, gripping, and grommet replacement. But the reports do not allow you to total each of those services (all classified as racquets or jobs). We would benefit from a report that allows the different types of labor to be detailed. It is not feasible for us to do this at the individual job level.
