Ability to not have QR codes for scanning in on certain account types

Mike Fox 3 months ago in Memberships updated by Bernice Wiley 3 days ago 2

We have different membership types and guest accounts.  I would like the guest accounts to not generate a QR code that enables them to scan in.  We charge a day fee for non-members and need to process it at the time of check-in since the system won't automatically charge it if they scan in.  I"d like to be able to eliminate the QR to prevent the scan in from guest accounts.

Even beyond Guest Accounts, Accounts that are in Suspended, or Expired Status, or Accounts on Pause or Medical Pause.  It would be nice to be able to turn on or off QR Code generation for specific Member Types as well as particular statuses.

Hi Court Reserve Team,

We’d like to request a system update to help us better manage facility access for non-active members. Specifically, we are looking to prevent the following account types from scanning in at check-in kiosks or through the app:

  • Members with a Paused Membership, Suspension, Canceled Membership, or Medical Pause

  • Former members who have canceled and are now in Guest Status

If possible, please disable the barcode scan option for these account types. This would require these individuals to check in manually at the Front Desk and pay the applicable Guest Fee, ensuring proper access control and billing.

Please let us know if a setting or workaround exists to enforce this restriction.

Thank you for your continued support!
