Different membership forms for different types of memberships
I want to create corporate memberships and want participants to include their company name and their company email address as a secondary email. This company email would be used to annually send an email confirming that the account is still active indicating the employee is still at the company.

We would like to be able to have HOA Members that haven't joined the Club yet to sign up for a free Intro to PB clinic, but only ask the bare minimum of info of them, not like we do for full-fledged New Members that we're requiring they have a Paid Membership to join and need to know experience, etc.
I would think this functionality would be available in court reserve since form creation on all of our other lead capture and registration systems like website are so highly customizable. Like everyone, we have various membership types and need different information for each type to streamline the customer experience. If I only need 4 or 5 pieces of info for our "free class" membership, but need 10 pieces of info for an annual member, or corporate membership in this example, it just makes sense. Please make this available. :)
