Eliminate negative sound at check-in that makes staff think account is in arrears

If a member has reserved a court in the future, when they check in, staff hears the negative balance sound. You then see the balance due amount that has triggered that sound. When you hold the member up and check what is causing the balance , you see it is being generated on FUTURE reservations. Can we remove the noise when it is FUTURE costs triggering this?
