Auto Charge Package (Punchcard) for Players Moved from a Waitlist

Currently, the Payment Profile is charged by default for events eligible for a package (punchcard).  Our players are asking if the punch card can be set as the default payment method when players are moved from the Waitlist to the event instead of their credit card.  This would occur when the Auto Payment check box is enabled on the event setup screen.
