remove lessons button

We would like the option to remove the "My Lessons" tab from the "Book a Court" Menu. We can remove the option to see some other default menu items, but not that one! We would like to use the instructors on the backend, and be able to categorize the events by instructor mostly for fitness classes, because our members like certain fitness instructors.
