league rounds

Add a league option to have a second round in the same game night based on the results of the 1st round. Yes, we understand all the 1st round scores would need to be entered, so they can have a little intermission of fun play then start the 2nd round rejiggered based on earlier play in that session.  Gives a great value for 2 rounds in 1 session.
