Assign an existing member to be a coordinator

Our club is run by volunteers who are already members. I'd like to be able to assign the coordinator role to an existing member, rather than have to create a new user for them.

Not Planned

The only way to do this in the system is by adding them as a system user. You can then limit their subadmin permissions to only access the events they are coordinator for.
