Court Utilization rates should not show closed court time as 100% utiltized.
We're trying to get accurate utilization rates but if we're closed, it's clocked at 100% which is raising our average. It should be at 0 OR it should be optional to select the hours for which you want to calculate utilization.

Utilization RPT was updated recently to exclude Closures from booth the booked and available totals.
