Ability to default membership payment to monthly

Today CourtReserve defaults to annual plans.  As a club, I'd like to be able to set the default to monthly so when users see the Membership options on the Membership page, it shows the monthly first instead of having to click inside the plan to see the monthly fee.

We really need this feature too! We're in a lower income area and our plans look way too expensive when people look at the annual amount.
