remove "registration not allowed" in Events List

We have events in our Member Calendar like our Summer Camps where we want the dates listed, but we are collecting registration through another program (SurveySparrow or Golf Genius) - In the Details we have a link to the survey or golf genius so members can register there, but it is confusing to have "Registration not allowed for this event" when we are collecting registrations, just not through court reserve
