Additional Kiosk Sounds at Check In

Ability to assign different sounds if there's an action that needs to be taken would be greatly valuable. Ex. expired/invalid membership, overdue balance, expired credit card on file, no signed waiver saved. This way our front desk staff knows to look at the account and take appropriate action. Often times our front desk staff is busy multi-tasking and may not be looking at the monitor every time someone checks in using the QR scanner. 

Use Case: With the setting to not allow members to check in when they haven't paid turned on, it would be really helpful to have a sound so the Front Desk would know this is why a member was not able to check in,.

Payment Settings

• Allow Check-In if Player’s Reservation/Registration Fee Is Unpaid - This setting determines whether members are allowed to check in even if they still owe a fee for a reservation, event, lesson, or resource.
  • If checked (default):
    • Members can still check in, even if the fee is unpaid.
      ​

  • If unchecked:
    • Members cannot complete check-in until the unpaid fee is resolved.
    • Message to Show When Unpaid Fee Is Detected - This field allows you to customize the message displayed on the kiosk to the member when the system detects an unpaid fee during check-in.
