Selectively Bypass Restrictions

I would like to have more control over which restrictions are bypassed within a certain time period.

For example, we have a rule that a member can only have one prime-time booking per day. I would like this rule to be bypassed within a few hours so that our courts get maximum use.

However, I never want to allow a member to book themselves on more than one court at the same time. 

Currently I either have to bypass all restrictions or none of them.
