Allow me to prevent certain types of members from registering for an event

My main use would be to create a group of “restricted players” that have no-showed for events too often to not allow them to register for additional events.  If you fixed the penalty system to allow restricting event registrations it wouldn’t be needed for this purpose.

We would also use this to prevent men from registering for women’s events, adults from registering for juniors event
