This feature suggestion aims to enhance player engagement on CourtReserve through gamification elements and easily accessible, motivating personal statistics. By leveraging data already collected, we can provide players with insights into their activity and foster a more competitive and rewarding community.

I. Gamification Elements:

A. Achievement Badges: Players can earn badges for reaching specific milestones, encouraging continued play and exploration of CourtReserve features. Examples include:

  • Participation Badges:
    • Newbie Navigator: Played first game.
    • Court Regular: Played 10 games.
    • Frequent Frequenter: Played 50 games.
    • Centurion Club: Played 100 games.
    • Iron Player: Played 250 games.
    • Legendary Player: Played 500+ games.
  • Variety Badges:
    • Court Explorer: Played on 3 different courts.
    • Venue Voyager: Played at 2+ different venues (if applicable).
    • Game Type Guru: Played in singles, doubles, and clinics.
  • Streak Badges:
    • Weekly Warrior: Played at least once a week for 4 consecutive weeks.
    • Monthly Marathoner: Played at least once a month for 3 consecutive months.
  • Social Badges:
    • Match Maker: Created 5 challenges/matches.
    • Community Contributor: Joined 10 different open play sessions.
  • Performance Badges (requires score tracking):
    • Undefeated Streak: Won 5 consecutive matches.
    • Ace Machine: Served 10 aces (if applicable).
    • Comeback Kid: Won a match after being down significantly.

B. Leaderboards: Foster healthy competition by showcasing top players in various categories.

  • Most Games Played (Overall, Monthly, Weekly):
    • "See who's dominating the courts this month!"

So they can post these in their social media.
