POS for "Cashier"

As it is now, in order for a user to use POS to ring up a sale, they must also be able to "manage". This then also allows them to change prices, inventory, etc just like a manager/admin would. This is not a standard practice.
Please update to allow a user to be able to ring up sales using the POS without having access to "the back end".

I am going to mark this as Completed - the sub-admin permission "Initiate POS" allows them to access the dashboard to process sales and not the backend.
