Being able to apply free reservation hours even when the reservation block is greater than the free hours

Issue:

Setting: 1 free hour per month

User books two hours at a time so this 1 free hour per month cannot be applied.

Expected Behavior: User to receive 1 hour free while having to pay the second hour.

The workaround is for the user to book two separate hours which is an issue for our membership model as most players will be booking for 2 hours at a time.
