Allow for a cushion of time between end of an event and a court booking

It would be great to be able to build in a cushion of time between the end of an event and when a court can be booked. For instance, a lot of our events end at X:45 and we'd like members to only be able to book the court at the top of the hour after an event rather than immediately following the event. Not being able to build in a cushion of time is also resulting in those 15 minute breaks between events showing as being 'Reservable', even though a minimum booking time of 30 min has been set.
