Registration fee separate from calendar function
We want to assess a registration fee for a league but also have weekly OPT IN fee. If you create an 'event' for the reg fee, then it's on the calendar and shows on a specific day which confuses the members. There are other events that you might want to register someone for but not have it linked to a specific date.

just had the scenario where we used 'event' for the registration fee and league for the weekly OPT IN fee over multiple weeks. But I wanted to cancel the 'event' for all the dates except week 1 so that it doesn't confuse members with game notifications. When I canceled 17 of the 18 weeks....it generated a 'request for refund' for each of the 17 weeks per member....about 45 players....turned out to be over 750 refund requests. Having a way to create a reg fee separate from the calendaring would have prevented this!
