Option to choose payment activation relative to reservation time

Please allow an option to activate payment transactions at certain time from the reservation. Then we can say refunds will automatically be rendered if cancelation is made outside of the 48 hour window from time of reserve event.

Payments made 4 days prior have to be refunded if a client cancels the third day before their scheduled event.  Then I have to manually issue a refund.
