Ability to restrict sub-admin editing to certain program categories only

At our facility we have open play, lessons, events, and social play. Our Open play is split into different levels, so we frequently want sub-admins to adjust court numbers and registrant maximums based on which level has the most registrants. This also applies to some of our social play programs. Our lessons, on the other hand, have more complex settings based on coach availabilities, skills, and program composition. We want our sub-admins to be able to edit the program categories of "open play" and "social play" but not any others. 

It would be great to be able to restrict capabilities like this, just to keep our errors and accidents to a minimum
