Family Membership Misuse

Hi CourtReserve Team,

We’ve been running into challenges with how the Family Plan feature is being used. The issue isn't with members adding legitimate family members—it’s that some members are adding friends under their family plan. This has led to confusion and complications, including:

• Multiple credit cards associated with a single family account

• Accidental or improper use of another member’s credit

• Difficulties with processing refunds correctly

A simple and effective solution would be to limit each family account to a single credit card on file. This would help keep financial activity cleaner, reduce misuse, and make refunds easier to manage.
