Stop members from moving a reservation out of the cancelation window to be able to cancel it

Right now if a reservation is in the window where a member cannot cancel it, they can just move it to the future and then cancel it.  I would like this loop hole changed.  Maybe with in the no cancelation window make it so no changes can be made to a booking.
