Turn off the default "hide full/ineligible" visibility filter from the LEAGUES on member portal.

1) As a result of this default setting, players who want to add themselves to a waitlist are getting confused because a full league is not visible. There is no reason to hide the full Leagues. This setting should be up to the player or the individual clubs. Better to be set up the same as events whereby everything is visible and the user can filter based on their needs or a club can set up as a default if they choose. Also, if the league is full, it already shows the red dot followed by "FULL" so I think it's quite clear. 

Yes, users can UNselect the default "hide" but, trust me, this is not their first instinct. They panic and call us because they can't see the league. 

2) FULL leagues are a great thing to have and are great for advertising purposes. When members/players click on leagues and see nothing it looks like the club doesn't have any leagues! But this is far from the truth because it could just mean that they have leagues and they are full. So, quite the opposite. When they select Leagues and it shows FULL leagues then that will generate interested and the leagues have a greater chance of building interest for the next sessions.
