Provide ability to hide unneeded items in Portal Menu (we don't need My Clubs)

Having an unnecessary menu item on the menu just needlessly complicates the menu.

Riley,

You have to understand, players can be part of multiple clubs/organizations using CourtReserve.  My Clubs makes it easy for people to switch between organizations they want to book at if they are part of multiple organizations using our platform, which happens a lot.
