right now, free hours for members are designated for reservations OR events. We want Members to be able to use their free hours for what they want, either reservations and/or events (open play). Right now, If my membership gives me 10 free hours per month, it is set at , for example 8 hours of reservations and 2 for open play. We want members to be able to use the 10 hours for how ever many hours they want for reservations and how ever many for open play. They are separate in the system now, can they be merged or another option added for events and/or reservations?
Under Booking Settings > Discounts, we do have an "Reservations + Events" section where you can choose the amount of free hours, and then they can be used for either reservations or events. Please let me know if I am misunderstanding your request!
No, that is events + reservations, so if I put 10 hours, that gives them 10 reservation AND 10 event hours , essentially 20 hours. We are hoping for 10 events OR reservations, so if I put 10 hours, they only get 10 hours per month but have the flexibility to use those hours for what they want. I was told by some one else that the 2 are separate in the system and there is no way you do that at this point. It also says the same thing on the help menu. That tab just makes it easier for inputting the number niece vs twice.

How you are describing your request is how the Reservations + Events tab is intended to work. If 10 hours are given to players under the Reservations + Events tab, this should give players a total of 10 hours that can go towards reservations or events. And I tested the tab and it gave me 10 more hours (20 hours total).
