or condition for scheduler (or anything else if its missing)

i found out (surprisingly to me) the conditions by means of groups and memberships for schedulers are 'and' conditions. you won't see anything unless you belong to A and B, if A and B exists. i found that a bit counterintuitive. and i heard from the support that there is no or condition facilities. can you add them. Like 'booking admin' / 'full member'. its a bit silly to say you have to belong to both. either condition's fine.
