Copy function for Member Groups

Currently, there is no way to copy an existing member group. If you want to make a duplicate group with the same members, you have to make a new group and individually add all the names in again. At our club, we have a couple member groups that are very similar, so it would be very helpful if we could copy and paste those members and then edit out the ones that we don't need, rather than starting from scratch. Thanks!
