Events - Restrict to so many of male and female
So when having a mixed doubles event it would be helpful to be able to restrict to the first (numbered) so many males and females and then when assigning to the court be able to see this so you can pair up teams. This idea was requested by La Jolla - Conan

Yes, I've been wanting to do this for quite some time!
This enhancement should include either a gender indicator on the waitlist or display separate gender waitlists where registrants can see either a ranking indicator (1=first/next to be assigned) or have an option to sort the waitlist(s) in order of fulfillment.
