Booking confirmations

Allow a booking confirmation to be sent to players that are added through an Edit.  Currently, only players that are added at the initial time of the court booking receive a "booking confirmation".  Any players that are added later through an edit of the booking do not receiving a "booking confirmation" along with the ability to add it to their calendar.
