Registrant List for events - True Guest - telephone OR email

When adding a GUEST registrant to an event, the ADMIN is prompted to enter a telephone number.  This number does not show up on the registrant list - there is an email field displayed.  The email is displayed for any player with a Court Reserve account.  A TRUE GUEST does not have an email address in the system.  When adding a GUEST, we should be prompted to add either a phone number OR an email address and that should be displayed on the registrant list.  Loom video showing the registrant list screens
